CYBERSECURITY IN THE FIELD OF INSURANCE AND FINANCIAL SERVICES

Turn your risk into value with our end-to-end cybersecurity services and solutions.

Cybercrime in finance and insurance

Canada’s federally regulated financial institutions are required to report any cybersecurity incident to the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (OSFI) as soon as possible. They must do so within 72 hours of determining that the incident causes serious harm to their operations, data, clients and privacy. This requires them to take a proactive approach to counter potential cyberattacks.
